Grades 9-12 Our One Lowco Diamond Series clinics will equip newcomers and beginners with the fundamental skills needed to build them into ballplayers, and more experienced players will gain advanced knowledge of the game.

About the event
Whether you need a refresher on the fundamentals or want to level up your game before the spring season, if you plan on playing baseball or softball this season — it’s time to go to work! Our One Lowco Diamond Series clinics will equip newcomers and beginners with the fundamental skills needed to build them into ballplayers, and more experienced players will gain advanced knowledge of the game and hone their skills with quality repetitions. All clinics will include:
• Individual and Team Defense
• Pitching Warmups, Workouts, and Mechanics
• Hitting Mechanics and Plate Approach
• Baserunning
• Mental Training and Diamond IQ
